With so many climate change courses out there, it can be hard to know where to invest. Based on extensive research and in-depth focus groups with sustainability and environmental professionals, we have created tailored modules that address specific, recurring problems for teams like yours. Our practical training draws on coaching and behaviour change theory and practice, to provide you and your teams with the tools you’ve been missing to galvanise company-wide action and reach climate goals, faster. As notoriously hard as it is to measure the impact of coaching interventions, we are doing this. We worked with Oxford Brookes University Business School to develop an impact measurement framework, and they have also independently evaluated our flagship training programme. With our training programmes, you receive a detailed impact report, demonstrating before-and-after skills' improvement by your staff. The skills we pass on long outlast our time together.
