As sustainability and climate roles shift and require teams to influence upwards, and inspire and empower colleagues across functions, our training can give your team the edge and help them to capitalise on every conversation.
Our independently-evaluated modular approach allows you to build the right programme for you. You benefit from a programme bespoke to you, without the high price or untested content that comes from designing from scratch.
We train groups as small as 5 and as large as 45. If your team is small, consider extending the invitation to your key stakeholders in other teams. Your team will develop closer bonds with them in the practice breakouts, while they will gain valuable CPD in coaching skills to improve they way they lead. If you don't need a whole programme, no problem, you can choose to run just one or two modules, as a one-off or for multiple cohorts if you have large numbers of staff.
Throughout your programme we gather data using an impact measurement framework developed for us by Oxford Brookes University Business School. At the end of your programme, we give you a report detailing quantitative before-and-after improvements alongside qualitative opinions from your staff about how the programme has improved their approach to climate action.
