Make it easy for your colleagues to view their work through a B Corp lens
In many companies, B Corp certification is led by a handful of dogged individuals. Once the company is certified however, the next task is to spread their enthusiasm to the rest of the team. Every company does this differently, and you now have the opportunity to consciously design how to implement B Corp in your company. Some of your team will welcome and embrace this new way of thinking, while others may consider it distracting or even intimidating. For this change to be successful, influential staff need to be engaged and their concerns and interests recognised. Voices of dissent hold really useful information about what you need to address to make change run smoothly, and people are more likely to come on board when they feel heard. Our team coaches can help you achieve that active commitment.
Our Activate Your B Corp programme creates dedicated time for your leaders to define how B Corp could become part of the day to day of your busy company. Leaders find common ground, make links to commerciality and identify practical ways to implement B Corp behaviours in their teams. The programme is comprised of 3 components:
- interviews to understand views
- a report to capture their baseline starting position as a team in relation to B Corp
- six sessions of group coaching to create collective agreement, set goals and get into action
Over six sessions of group coaching we facilitate in-depth, honest and values-driven conversations about how B Corp could be implemented at your company. Session one focuses on designing how the team will work best together, and agreeing on the main topics that need to be discussed in the following four sessions. We then design a bespoke structure for the next four sessions to closely meet your team's needs. The sixth session centres on drawing conclusions, action-planning, accountability... and celebration because every team moves forward as a result of this process.
We can help with:
Making it safe to voice dissent
Unpacking worries and concerns
Identifying technical and operational barriers to change
Overcoming fixed mindsets around change
Creating an achievable roadmap to kick start action
Making B Corp feel relevant and meaningful
