Our Team Planning and Resilience Sessions create important time for busy climate teams to take stock, plan smarter, and develop techniques to manage their wellbeing. Every session is run by two experienced team coaches, who can help your team to manage the big emotions that come with working on the climate crisis, the frustrations of driving organisational change and the increased stress experienced by sustainability and climate teams whose roles are changing.
Sessions are designed in advance with you, to respond directly to the challenges that your team are facing. We can provide all-day in-person sessions, a series of shorter online sessions, or even a mix of both. We combine facilitated team discussion with training in any of the 21 skills and techniques from our tried and testing training programmes. Your team will benefit from truly tailored session that will help them focus on what matters and connect more deeply to each other.

Our process
1. Team diagnostic
A 45-min diagnostic interview with the team leader to identify needs, objectives and outcomes.
2. Programme design
Tailored design of your team programme, whether one day or multiple online sessions, with presentation to the team leader for input.
3. Team coaching
Two professional team coaches facilitate your sessions, with a full debrief with the team leader at completion.
