Bring everyone on board with change and create accountability for action
Identify and unblock what's really holding leaders and teams back and make your climate targets an operational reality more quickly
If you need to engage heads of department or teams to get on board with your climate agenda, then we can help. Whether you see teams stalling on your priorities, while moving ahead on others, or want to help a set of leaders to see climate as a more concrete part of their roles, our Key Colleague Engagment Programme can build motivation, remove blockers and help colleagues to adopt a sustainability mindset.
Our programme addresses key concerns that teams experience when they are tasked with integrating climate goals into their day-to-day work, to enable sustainable change management. These include not seeing the commercial relevance of reducing environment impact, feeling overwhelmed and ill-informed about sustainability measurement, inhabiting a fixed mindset in which resources are scarce and opportunities for change are limited, and simply not having the time to draw up a way forward. We know that when people can safely voice these concerns, they quickly move into a more empowered state in which they can identify solutions to them. Kept to themselves, those blockers just hold back progress, so our programme creates the conditions in which everyone can be heard. Our coaches skillfully move people forward so they connect to your climate agenda and devise action plans for which they will be proud to be held to account.
In just six, focused and structured online coaching sessions, we will move your leaders or teams from feeling daunted or resistant to being sure-footed and excited, and from deprioritising your climate targets to having clear next steps and a plan.
We can help with:
Creating psychological safety
Unpacking worries and concerns
Identifying technical and operational barriers to change
Overcoming fixed mindsets around change
Creating an achievable roadmap to kick start action
Making climate feel relevant and meaningful

I walked into the coaching with limited expectations however, the Climate Change Coaches provided a cleverly constructed, relaxed, supportive structure in which I could explore and build confidence to discuss and challenge myself. Our coach Megan, was excellent at steering, interjecting and questioning to nudge us along. A useful, enlightening process.
