SESSION 2 – Ending entrenched resistance

Learn to enrol people into action with you by identifying shared ambitions and beliefs. Tools for defining the values that are underpinning resistance to change, such that they can move back into action and agreement. Improving plans and outcomes by allowing new perspectives and building relationships of trust and respect.

We end our series on a high, having taught you how to dial down the forces of ‘can’t and won’t’, we end on how to dial up the deep motivation required to stay the course.
